The purpose of Safely is to offer efficient and handy tools to create leases, insure and manage their properties.

If you can’t remember your password, we can send you an email with a link that you can use to be logged in automatically. Enter the email address you used for signing in and we will send you and email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Lease agreement questions

Yes. After you have created the lease agreement you can download it and sign it on paper. After signing scan and upload the signed document to Safely.

Tenant screening questions

Yes, they must first agree with the tenant screening and fill in a short form with questions about themselves.

When you start a request to screen your tenant we will inform them via email and through their Safely account. We will show them your property and email address.

Tenant screening results are only provided to a landlord who made the request for tenant screening. Even the tenant does not see the final results that are calculated based on the answers that they provide and background check results.

Answers provided by the tenant in the tenant form are included in the report, except the financial information. No financial information will be shown to the landlord directly. Landlord will only get the information about tenant’s financial suitability for rented property.
